ENGLISH BREAKFAST:
a robust and full-bodied english breakfast tea, its a bit malty and that golden colour in the cup, oh my. ingredients: fairtrade & organic-certified assam black tea from pure assam leaves. it is grown in the prized borengajuli estate in assam, northeast India.
simply put a tea bag into a teacup, add boiling water and brew for 3-5 minutes according to your preferred strength (or mood). serve black or a dash of milk. a slice of victorian sponge goes nicely on the side.
GREEN TEA:
a delicate steamed green tea with a mild taste and attractive softness that sets it apart from the more commonly-seen roasted green teas. ingredients: fairtrade & organic-certified green sencha from the hills of zhejiang province in the east of china.
simply put a tea bag into a tea cup and brew for 3-4 minutes in 90° water according to your preferred strength.
